Group Guided Relaxation & Meditation Sessions
I love running my group sessions. They are welcoming, warm and friendly with like minded people. I have ran sessions for school teachers, Bristol Children's Hospital staff, care home residents, Holiday Inn health club members, community centres, online sessions via Zoom, Facebook Live and outside at Hambrook Common.
The sessions can help with; stress levels, anxiety, sleep problems and overall well-being. They are affordable, 30 minute sessions. You can either join in by yourself, with a friend or family member. All ages are welcome. I will guide you on a sumptuous journey of relaxation.
