I run the evening sessions at Hambrook Common on various dates all advertised on my Facebook page. Giving you pure, blissful 30 minutes of guided relaxation whilst you lie under the trees, snuggled in a blanket waking to the sight of the sky and sounds of nature.

30 MINUTES OF GUIDED RELAXATION
At my room at the Holiday Inn, Filton I provide one to one Guided Relaxation sessions. This can be a session for you or a gift for a loved one. I have gift vouchers available.
The room is cosy, candles lit, the scent of essential oils. Snuggle with a blanket and I guide you on a journey of blissful relaxation. It feels like a massage of both mind and body.
GROUP RELAXATION AND MEDITATION SESSIONS
I love running my group sessions. They are welcoming, warm and friendly with like minded people. I have ran sessions for school teachers, Bristol Children's Hospital staff, care home residents, Holiday Inn health club members, community centres, online sessions via Zoom, Facebook Live and outside at Hambrook Common.
The sessions can help with; stress levels, anxiety, sleep problems and overall well-being. They are affordable, 30 minute sessions. You can either join in by yourself, with a friend or family member. All ages are welcome. I will guide you on a sumptuous journey of relaxation.

To come together with your colleagues and truly relax benefits employers and employees.
It gives time for the mind to rest, gain clarity, reduce stress and gain focus to then be more effective and work ready.
No interaction or participation is needed from anyone. You just lie down whilst I guide you into relaxation, there is nothing more for you to do.
I have run these sessions for many work places including schools for teachers, residents in a care home with Dementia, NHS staff and community centre staff. I have delivered them in the work place, outside and also online.
