The first "Hello You" session is £35 for an up to 45 minutes appointment. - Individual Hypnotherapy sessions are £50 - Group Sessions at my current centres are £6.50 per person or £24 for a block of 4 sessions - For prices for group sessions at your home or at places or work please contact me directly - Gift vouchers are available - Appointments: Mondays and Tuesdays during the day. Evening appointments Monday - Thursday with last session at 8pm
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FIRST "HELLO YOU" SESSION?
The first session generally lasts 45 minutes to an hour. This is where I get to find out about you and what help you would like from me. I will ask you some questions to help me build a picture and best advise how I can help you. I will then talk through the mind and why we do what we do. I then give you a few nice bits to take away to start your journey including a MP3 of guided relaxation. There is no pressure or obligation to continue after this sessions, it needs to feel right and be the right time for you.
WHERE WILL I SEE YOU?
From my cosy, private room at the Holiday Inn Filton, Bristol in the Spirit Club from the 19th April. After the huge success last year I am back this year also providing outside sessions at Hambrook Common, Bristol
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
Everyone is very different but I am guided by you and will work at your pace. I will of course advise you along the way in terms of how many you may need but we normally both reach the same conclusion but on average I see clients for around 6-10 sessions but can be less or more.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
No, just you and the want to make things change. Hypnotherapy is not magic it takes work from you to make the changes required.
WHAT DOES HYPNOSIS FEEL LIKE?
In a word...lovely. It's nothing to be scared off. I have no swinging watch or make you do anything silly like you see on stage or TV! It's simple a trance/relaxed state which we ALL do every single day. It's similar to where you feel dreamy and your mind wanders when you are watching TV or going for a walk for example. You are in total control the whole time and can come out of it whenever you want, most people just want it to last longer! It just gives your mind to focus on all the lovely positive things we talk about in the session
